كم يستغرق توصيل الطلب؟
تصل الإطارات الجاهزة عادةً خلال 2–4 أيام عمل داخل المدن الرئيسية. أما الطلبات التي تتطلّب صناعة عدسات طبية فتحتاج وقتًا إضافيًا، ونعرض لك دائمًا تاريخ توصيل متوقّعًا على صفحة المنتج وفي السلة قبل الدفع.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-made frames typically arrive within 2–4 business days in major cities. Orders that require prescription lenses need extra time, and we always show you an expected delivery date on the product page and in the cart before checkout.

نوصّل إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية. تظهر لك تكلفة الشحن ومدّته المتوقّعة عند إدخال مدينتك في السلة قبل إتمام الطلب.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your shipping cost and estimated time appear once you enter your city in the cart, before you place the order.
هل يمكنني إرجاع الإطار أو استبداله؟
نعم. يمكنك إرجاع الإطارات الجاهزة خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام إذا كانت غير مستعملة وبحالتها الأصلية مع كامل تغليفها وملحقاتها. العدسات المصنوعة حسب وصفتك الطبية مخصّصة لك ولا يمكن إرجاعها إلا في حال وجود خطأ في التصنيع من جهتنا.
Can I return or exchange a frame?
Yes. You may return ready-made frames within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn and in their original condition with all packaging and accessories. Lenses made to your prescription are personalized and cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing error on our side.
هل تصنعون العدسات الطبية؟
نعم. اختر الإطار الذي يعجبك، ثم أدخل مقاسات وصفتك الطبية أثناء الطلب. يراجع أخصائيو البصريات لدينا وصفتك قبل بدء التصنيع، وإذا لم تكن العدسات مطابقة لوصفتك نعيد صنعها مجانًا.
Do you make prescription lenses?
Yes. Pick the frame you like, then enter your prescription measurements during checkout. Our opticians verify your prescription before production begins, and if the lenses do not match your prescription we remake them free of charge.
ما الضمان على النظّارات؟
تشمل كل نظّارة ضمانًا لمدة 12 شهرًا ضد عيوب التصنيع في الإطار والمفصلات والطلاء، من تاريخ الاستلام. لا يشمل الضمان الكسر الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الخدوش العادية.
What warranty do the glasses carry?
Every pair includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame, hinges, and coating, from the date of delivery. It does not cover breakage from misuse or normal wear such as scratches.

Yes — every frame we sell is 100% genuine and sourced through verified, authorized channels. We guarantee the authenticity of each piece you receive.
ما طرق الدفع المتاحة؟
يمكنك الدفع بأمان عند إتمام الطلب باستخدام وسائل الدفع الشائعة في المملكة مثل مدى وApple Pay والبطاقات الائتمانية والمدى. تتم معالجة الدفع بشكلٍ آمن عبر مزوّد الدفع الذي نتعامل معه، ولا نبدأ تجهيز طلبك إلا بعد تأكيد الدفع.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely at checkout using common Saudi payment methods such as mada, Apple Pay, and credit or debit cards. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, and we begin preparing your order only after payment is confirmed.
هل الأسعار شاملة الضريبة؟
جميع الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي، والسعر الظاهر عند الدفع هو المبلغ النهائي الذي تدفعه. لا تُحتسب ضريبة القيمة المضافة حاليًا على طلبك.
Are prices tax-inclusive?
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals, and the price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. VAT is not currently charged on your order.
