قبول الشروط
باستخدامك متجر عدسة رمل وإتمامك أي طلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، نرجو عدم استخدام المتجر.
Acceptance of terms
By using the Raml store and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
الطلبات والأسعار
جميع الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي، والسعر الظاهر عند الدفع هو المبلغ النهائي الذي تدفعه. لا تُحتسب ضريبة القيمة المضافة حاليًا على طلبك.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and are all-inclusive; the price shown at checkout is the final amount. VAT is not currently charged on your order.
الدفع
يجب إتمام الدفع بالكامل عند الطلب. عند إتمام عملية الدفع، تتم معالجتها عبر مزوّد الدفع الذي نتعامل معه. لا يُعتمد الطلب ولا يبدأ تجهيزه إلا بعد تأكيد الدفع.
Payment
Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering. When you make a payment, it is processed by our payment provider. An order is not confirmed and processing does not begin until payment is verified.
التوصيل
نعرض لك تاريخ توصيل متوقّعًا قبل الدفع. وقد تحتاج الطلبات التي تتطلّب صناعة عدسات طبية وقتًا أطول من الإطارات الجاهزة. لمزيد من التفاصيل، انظر صفحة وعد التوصيل.
Delivery
We show you an expected delivery date before checkout. Orders that require prescription-lens production may take longer than ready-made frames. See our Delivery Promise page for details.
الإرجاع والضمان
يخضع الإرجاع والاستبدال والضمان لسياساتنا الموضّحة في صفحات الإرجاع والاستبدال، والضمان، وضمان إعادة صنع العدسات الطبية.
Returns and warranty
Returns, exchanges, and warranty are governed by our policies on the Returns & Exchange, Warranty, and Prescription Remake Guarantee pages.
دقّة الوصفة الطبية
أنت مسؤول عن صحّة ودقّة بيانات الوصفة الطبية التي تزوّدنا بها. نصنع العدسات وفق ما تُدخله؛ ويغطّي ضمان إعادة الصنع أخطاء التصنيع من جهتنا فقط.
Accuracy of your prescription
You are responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the prescription details you provide. We produce lenses based on what you enter; the remake guarantee covers manufacturing errors on our side only.
الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على استخدام المتجر لأغراض مشروعة فقط، وعلى عدم إساءة استخدامه أو محاولة الإضرار به أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the store for lawful purposes only, and not to misuse it or attempt to harm it or other users.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع عناصر المتجر — بما في ذلك الاسم والشعار والتصميم والمحتوى — مملوكة لعدسة رمل ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.
Intellectual property
All elements of the store — including the name, logo, design, and content — are owned by Raml and may not be used without permission.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُحلّ أي نزاعات وفقًا لها.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are resolved accordingly.
