14-day return window
You may return ready-made frames within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of their value.
شروط الإرجاع
يجب أن يكون الإطار غير مستعمل وبحالته الأصلية مع كامل تغليفه وملحقاته (العلبة وقماشة التنظيف). لا نقبل الإطارات التي تظهر عليها آثار استخدام.
Return conditions
The frame must be unworn and in its original condition with all its packaging and accessories (case and cleaning cloth). We cannot accept frames that show signs of use.

العدسات المصنوعة حسب وصفتك مخصّصة لك ولا يمكن إرجاعها، إلا في حال وجود خطأ في التصنيع من جهتنا (انظر ضمان إعادة صنع العدسات الطبية).
Custom prescription lenses
Lenses made to your prescription are personalized and cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing error on our side (see the Prescription Remake Guarantee).
